Our Graduate Program:

Our Graduate program will provide two talented graduates with the chance to immerse themselves in our fast growing business and to expand their knowledge of our inspiring and innovative industry. This exciting new opportunity will be based at our head office located in Mulgrave, Victoria.

Our Graduate program is a 2-year program with four rotational 6-month assignments across three divisions: Finance, Sales, Sales Operations and Aftersales.  During our finance rotation, our graduates will be exposed to different functions including financial and management accounting. There will be a focus on the continuous improvement functions as well as exposure to Business Intelligence or Tax. Within Aftersales, graduates will deep dive into the Aftersales and parts results and will look into current offerings and potential new solutions to determine how we can best take them to market.  Within our brands, you will support the implementation of new systems and infrastructure to achieve improved business efficiency and accuracy, and get an understanding of our sales and operations functions, liaising with customers and dealers.

As a global company, we take pride in ensuring that all employees are provided with support and mentoring throughout their career with us.  Our graduates will be provided with mentoring sessions from our internal management team as well as support from our Human Resources team. Additionally, we have tailored learning and development offerings to ensure that our Graduates are driving their own development.

We are looking for innovative and highly driven Graduates to join our company to help shape our fast growing global business. You will possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organisation and leadership skills as well as a high attention to detail. You will enjoy working with others and will bring out of the box thinking and a genuine passion for our industry.  You will have a strong interest in immersing yourself in all business units across all rotations in order to achieve greater insights into our business and the trucking industry as a whole. Our two Graduates will be highly motivated individuals who are willing to continuously learn from themselves and from others, in order to determine their future goals and to have the opportunity to become future leaders of our business.

  • Possess strong leadership skills as well as interpersonal skills in order to engage with key stakeholders either internal or external 
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent (upcoming or recent graduates from 2023 or 2024)
  • Have a strong academic background (in any discipline) 
  • Be ready to commence our program in early January 2025
  • Have an interest in the commercial vehicle industry
