Role: Senior Program Manager – Miles to Market

Responsibilities:

·         Leading a high performing experienced Finance Business Analysts team & IT Teams responsible for Business: Demand and Release Management, Launch Planning, Test Management, Functional Catalog etc.                                                                                                                                                                   IT: Application maintenance, release management, security, availability monitoring and Infrastructure management.

·         Establish and build a solid & sustainable business relationship within DTFS & DTICI regarding Financial domain.

·         Work along with Central team, create an eco-system for RUN and PROJECT team. Ensure smooth rollout of FINANCIAL applications in Europe for 8 Countries.

·         Provide Business and operational excellence through effort estimation, staffing & training, resource & project Planning, Budget tracking, risk mitigation & timely communication/escalations to higher levels of the Organization.

·         Conduct the employee performance management through clear goal setting, development plan and timely feedbacks in line with Company guidelines.

·         Strategic thinking, finding new growth areas & adopting new technologies in team.

·         Translate Strategic Target to realistic, ambitious, transparent action plan.

·         Collaborate cross functionally with local/Global teams to ensure timely execution of the KPIs.

·         Bringing ownership mindset culture and driving team engagement.

·         Encourage and Promote Lifelong learning and Self-care in working environment.

·         Drive innovation & Develop Competency required for new and existing Business.

·         Foster equality, Diversity, and Inclusion in the organization.

·         Develop a team Map for future with respect to Organization goal and Financial Products.

Qualifications:

·         Overall, 12 to 17 years of experience in Software Industry, Project, and People and business Management.

·         Knowledge of Financial Products and Applications.

·         Experience working with global /local teams.

·         Demonstrates good business acumen, strong inter-personal relationship skills, excellent communication, and team leading skills.

·         Capability to write and review requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, tech plans and documentation.

·         German Language speaking is an added advantage.
