DTICI_Senior Program Manager - Global Data & AI Platforms - L5

•         Steer Data and AI platforms to provide integrated tools and infrastructure to manage, process, analyze, and leverage data effectively, enabling the development, deployment, and management of AI models to drive informed decision-making and innovation within organizations.

•         Constant evaluation and adaption of platform roadmap to make the best of leading technology to sustainably address diverse Daimler Truck business needs effectively & efficiently.

•         Define & implement futuristic, integrated global Data and AI platform landscape target picture with enterprise architecture team & key global stakeholders.

•         Develop best in class platform management and technical competency for the teams to steer the Data & AI Platform implementations.

•         Establish excellent network and communication with global stakeholders and partners for Platform management.     

•         Active member of Global Data & AI leadership contributing the data strategy execution for global data governance, operating model, and technology management.

 

Your Profile

  • 15+ years of experience in Big data & AI Platforms and Data & AI Solutions delivery experience on Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Palantir.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience Enterprise Scale Data & AI Platforms Leadership & Delivery
  • Hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/Snowflake/Palantir Platforms
  • Prior full life cycle experience of global Product/Platform Management role for enterprise scale data transformation initiatives

•         Strategic Execution of Platform Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to implementation of the global Data & AI platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices, while effectively leading and motivating a team of 20 platform experts.

•         Heterogeneous Platform Integration: Oversee the integration of diverse data and AI platforms (such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Palantir) across the organization, focusing on platform heterogeneity, and building the capabilities of a high-performing team of engineers.

•         Lead global stakeholder management initiatives for platform management, including defining roadmaps, aligning capabilities with business needs, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.

•         Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate cross-departmental projects to enhance data utilization and AI capabilities, fostering collaboration between teams to drive innovation and efficiency, and providing opportunities for skill development and growth for team members.

•         Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in platform operations, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement, while providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their capabilities.

•         Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements regarding data management, privacy, AI model development, and deployment, implementing robust governance frameworks to mitigate risks, and providing training and support to ensure team members understand and adhere to compliance standards.
