Quality Management applies modern cloud based data analytics and connectivity solutions for failure prediction and accelerated resolution process. The area of responsibility is a long the value chain from Engineering until the end consumer of the products.

1. Resolve product quality issue reported by customers
2. Drive cross functional quality issue resolution process 
3. Conduct investigation of parts, vehicles 
4. Provide feedback to customers about improvements 
5. Work with all internal/external stakeholders to identify preventive actions

-Hands on experience in solving E/E, EV and vehicle system related quality issues 
-Experience in working on field quality issue resolution 
-Ability to work in international team to achieve common goals
 

   

 Practical Knowledge

   

-Knowledge of commercial vehicle systems
-Experience in 8D and problem solving techniques 
-Expert in E/E, mechatronics systems

   

 

 Language

- English    : Business level

- Japanese: nice to have 

 

 Microsoft Office

  

Required

   

 

 

 Additional Requirement
