WCM & Lean consultant will be responsible for creating WCM awareness across organization, create WCM implementation road map, work in close coordination with Pillar leads for plant improvements & audit management.
- Develop and implement World Class Manufacturing Road Map for DICV
- Work in close coordination with pillar leads for driving Strategic plant improvement projects
- Benchmark WCM best practices & create an implementation plan for DICV
- Responsible for necessary preparation for internal & external audits pertaining to WCM
- Create platforms to promote WCM awareness across the organization
- Act as a consultant, role model & change agent, fostering a mindset of experimentation, learning and growth & lead specific WCM pillars as deputy lead
- Facilitate the workshops, training sessions, and coaching engagements to build internal capabilities.
Expert in Lean Management
Min 5 years experience in World Class Manufacturing System
Experience in TPM / TQM
