At Daimler Truck Spain, within the After-Sales area, we are looking to add a new team member to the Spare Parts Logistics department. In this role, you will participate in providing first-level support for the TruckLog system for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
You will work closely with our external logistics operator (3PL), various company departments, and our headquarters in Germany, helping to ensure the smooth operation of warehouse activities and contributing to the implementation of new logistics processes, developments, and functionalities.

Tasks and functions:
- Provide first-level support for our TruckLog warehouse management system for Spain and Portugal.
- Manage the resolution and follow-up of functional and operational incidents related to the daily use of the system by our warehouse service provider.
- Monitor logistics operations performance, including goods receipts and dispatches, as well as inventory quality.
- Coordinate and oversee the activities of the external logistics provider (3PL), ensuring the efficient performance of warehouse operations.
- Participate in the implementation of new developments, processes, and functionalities defined by Headquarters (HQ) for our market.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes by identifying opportunities and supporting the implementation of value-added solutions for the business.
The profile we are looking for:
University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in the automotive industry. Experience in logistics management, operations, and warehouse processes will be especially valued.
Knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA, particularly in modules related to logistics and warehouse management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS365) tools. Knowledge of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence tools will be considered.
Languages: native Spanish and English at C1 level. Knowledge of Portuguese and/or German will be valued.
