| • Understand and analyze business requirements/RFQs received from user functions. |
| • Identify and develop potential suppliers. |
| • Float RFQs/RFPs and manage complete tendering activities. |
| • Obtain and evaluate techno-commercial offers. |
| • Lead commercial negotiations to achieve target costs. |
| • Conduct cost analysis, benchmarking and market evaluations. |
| • Drive sourcing decisions in alignment with user functions and TT/GP Management. |
| Supplier Management & Compliance |
| • Evaluate supplier capability, capacity and financial stability. |
| • Ensure compliance with Data Protection and Supplier Minimum Requirement Process |
| • Participate in supplier review and performance meetings. |
| • Support supplier risk mitigation and development initiatives. |
| Contract & Purchase Order Management |
| • Align commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and Legal where required. |
| • Release Purchase Orders and Purchase Contracts as per Process guidelines. |
| • Ensure order acceptance and execution by suppliers. |
| • Support contract renewals, amendments and claims management. |
| Cost Optimization & Category Management |
| • Achieve CNS (Commercial Negotiation Savings) and Price Deviation target |
| • Develop commodity strategies for assigned portfolios. |
| • Drive localization, value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. |
