Global Indirect Procurement (TT/GP) is where business, technology and international collaboration come together. We procure the material groups and services that keep our global organization moving: from logistics, production equipment and energy to engineering services, IT, marketing and events.
Within this department, our Procurement Systems & Tools team (TT/GP3-4) serves as a Center of Excellence for the design and implementation of digital procurement solutions. One of our key initiatives is the rollout of a new global system for indirect procurement.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Support the implementation of a new global indirect procurement software solution and coordinate with procurement teams in countries including Spain, Portugal, Germany, Turkey, US, Brazil and India. You will work closely with buyers, IT specialists and cross-functional teams
- Take ownership of selected work packages and sub-projects, bringing your ideas to varied tasks with visibility and impact across the organization
- Turn complex topics into clear, compelling presentations that support management decisions
- Use and expand your knowledge of software solutions while working with familiar Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools

- You are currently enrolled in a degree program, for example in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable exploring other digital tools
- You are curious about procurement, digital transformation, or procurement-related IT and enthusiastic about new technologies and software
- You communicate confidently, connect easily with others, and bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a structured, conceptual mindset
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills
- You are reliable, empathetic, proactive, and eager to explore new ideas and approaches
- You enjoy working in an international environment and collaborating across cultures
