We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic professional to support the execution of the India, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Pacific (ISEAA) region's strategic priorities. Working closely with the Strategy Office Lead and senior stakeholders, you will help shape strategic initiatives, monitor market trends, identify growth opportunities, and support the successful execution of regional strategy. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management, project management and the ability to translate complex information into clear strategic recommendations in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
Business Insights & Strategic Analytics
• Build business cases and investment evaluations for strategic initiatives
• Conduct market sizing and profitability analysis
• Develop forecasting model and scenario planning models
• Develop dashboards and analytical models for regional performance
• Generate actionable insights from business data for strategic decision-making
Strategy execution tracking
• Track strategic initiatives and milestones
• Maintain strategy dashboards and performance KPI tracking
• Support Balanced Scorecard reviews
• Highlight deviations and escalation topics
ISEAA Strategy PMO & SEA and AuP Strategy Development
• Own the Strategy PMO governance for the ISEAA region across SEA & AuP markets.
• Develop country and regional strategy inputs for SEA and AuP
• Monitor competitive landscape, regulations, and customer trends
• Identify growth opportunities and emerging risks
• Support annual strategy development process
Cross-regional Coordination
• Coordinate with regional strategy teams in SEA and AuP
• Consolidate regional market intelligence
• Support best-practice sharing across markets
Strategic Projects and Transformation Support
• Support Transformation and strategic objectives
• Conduct PMO activities where required
• Prepare leadership reports and review materials
Education
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory), MBA / PGDM (preferred)
Experience
• 4-5 years in strategy, consulting, or corporate planning
• Exposure to multi-market / regional business environments preferred
