Graduate Apprentice Trainee (GAT) – Program Management - The Graduate Apprentice Trainee will support end-to-end project execution activities within the Program Management function, ensuring effective coordination across Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams. The role offers exposure to vehicle development programs, project management practices, and automotive product development processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking activities.
  • Assist in monitoring project deliverables and Q-Gate readiness.
  • Coordinate with Cross Functional Teams (R&D, Quality, Purchase, Manufacturing, and NPD) to ensure timely execution of program activities.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes.
  • Track project risks, issues, and action items, ensuring timely closure and escalation where required.
  • Support technical reviews, design reviews, and management presentations.
  • Assist in series management and change management activities during vehicle development programs.
  • Analyse project data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality requirements, and organizational processes.

  • Recent graduates (2025 or 2026 pass-outs preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Basic understanding of automotive systems and vehicle development processes is desirable.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
