This role is responsible for design, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks, strategic initiatives, and performance management across Procurement, New Parts Development, Supplier Quality, and Supply Chain functions. The position enables strong alignment with global TT/GSG & TT/GI strategies, ensures compliance with policies and standards, and drives transparency, structure, and disciplined execution across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement
- Support process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify opportunities for simplification, digitalization, and efficiency enhancement
- Contribute to the rollout of new processes, tools, and governance mechanisms
- Support change management activities related to strategy and governance initiatives
2. Strategy & Execution
- Develop, deploy and monitor Procurement & Supply Chain strategies and strategic roadmaps
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives, milestones, and KPIs
- Prepare strategy presentations, management updates, and decision papers for leadership forums
3. Governance & Compliance
- Support the implementation and monitoring of governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with global TT/G, TT/GSG & TT/GI requirements
- Coordinate compliance-related activities, internal reviews, and audit readiness
- Track action items and ensure timely closure from governance forums and audits
4. Performance Management & Reporting
- Maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports for Procurement & Supply Chain
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Support periodic performance reviews and structured management reporting routines
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree (MBA / Operations / Strategy) – preferred
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, governance, Audits, PMO, procurement, new parts development, supplier quality or supply chain roles
- Exposure to corporate governance, compliance, or performance management frameworks is an added advantage
- Knowledge of automotive procurement and supply chain processes
- Mandatory Experience with APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949, ISO standards, and VDA 6.3.
