CSP Technician

Tasks and functions:

  • Provide expert technical support to customers and the dealer network, resolving incidents through phone consultations and technical platforms. 

  • Perform remote diagnostics and technical interventions, contributing to the fast and effective resolution of issues. 

  • Analyse product quality and reliability, preparing and distributing relevant technical information to the market. 

  • Develop technical solutions tailored to business and service network needs. 

  • Provide technical advice to different company departments and deliver specialised training to the dealer network. 

  • Act as a technical expert in complex cases and accident investigations, representing the company when required. 

  •  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement and excellence in after-sales service

The profile we are looking for:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Higher Vocational Training (Advanced Technician), or equivalent qualification. 

  • Strong technical knowledge of commercial vehicles. 

  • Previous experience in workshops, vehicle diagnostics, and repairs. 

  • Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools. 

  • Languages: Native Spanish and English at B2 level. Portuguese and/or German would be a plus. 

  • Driving licence and willingness to travel. (Truck driving licence is a plus.) 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills. 

  • Proactive attitude, autonomy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • UE permission is required
