Job Overview 

To support the Plant in improving operational efficiency, productivity, quality and cost performance through data analysis, process improvement, work measurement and continuous improvement initiatives in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superiors about deviations. To engage and manage the General Distributors/ Customer expectation internal and external on all Brand and Products.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with conducting time studies and work measurement activities.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard work instructions.
  • Analyse production data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects.
  • Assist in line balancing and process optimisation.
  • Support manpower planning and capacity analysis.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards and operational performance.
  • Assist in plant layout studies and workflow optimisation.
  • Participate in new product introductions and process implementation.
  • Support cost reduction and waste elimination initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, Maintenance, Finance and HR.
