Position offers a starting salary range of $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Continuous support for IT management with purchase requisition (PR) creation requests, posting of good receipts (GR) and journal entries
- Daily Business PR/GR tasks with prioritization guidelines and month-end cutoffs
- Application of specific processing and approval workflows based on PR type
- Validation of tax codes, supplier data, and price data, among other things, during the creation of PR's
- Close collaboration with Controlling - prepays and journal entries: monthly budgeted charges, cross charges, precise tracking and balance reconciliation
- Service Agreements Management: PR creation and diligent tracking of invoices and payments
- Understand service levels, service level agreements (SLA), transitional service agreements (TSA), review and report on related invoices.
- Compliance endurance of existing processes including all necessary documents are delivered.
- May prepare and deliver low-volume customer billing and respond to resulting queries.
- Accounts payable/receivable transaction support, the goal here is to ensure all processed correctly & handle escalations
- Identifies, analyzes and improves existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not in a manufacturing location)
- Apply process improvement and design methodologies to identify, analyze and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiency/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc.
- Preparation of documentation to support analysis and improvement including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc.
- Quality assurance and compliance processes follow
- May support development of training and/or change management materials
- Ensures that transaction entry verification procedures are followed.
- Coordinate smaller projects for planning and implementing quality assurance and compliance processes.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor’s degree and prefer 0-2 years of relevant experience, OR 4 years of relevant experience in lieu degree, is required
