We are seeking an Engineer who will be working for Issue Management and will be responsible for driving structured and transparent resolution of issues across the vehicle development and release lifecycle. The role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional and global teams to ensure timely problem resolution, high product quality, and customer satisfaction through effective governance, communication and data‑driven decision‑making.

 

Organize and lead meetings and workshops to systematically identify, analyze, and correct issues
• Ensure error documentation is complete, consistent, and fully traceable
• Maintain regular communication with responsible stakeholders during ticket creation and issue resolution
• Track and monitor issues against agreed due dates and milestones
• Actively participate in structured problem‑solving activities, workshops, shopfloor meetings, Technical Staff meetings (TSM’s)
• Prioritize issues and escalate critical topics to management when required
• Coordinate with global teams (DTNA, MBT, MB Brazil, DICV) to ensure aligned issue resolution
• Support release and vehicle development phases by managing issue risks
• Prepare and deliver regular reports through written documentation and management presentations

• Apply AI‑based insights to enhance issue detection, prioritization, and decision‑making across the issue lifecycle

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, EazyBI, Power BI, and advanced Excel
• Proficient in English.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to support strategic decision‑making with data‑driven insights
• Experience working in global and intercultural environments
• Passion for innovation with a strong focus on customer value
