To drive DTICI’s university relations, early talent strategy, and employer branding initiatives to build strong talent pipelines, academic partnerships, and a compelling employer brand for the future workforce.
University Relations
- Define and drive the university relations and early talent strategy aligned to business priorities
- Build and manage strategic academic partnerships for hiring, innovation, and capability building
- Lead campus hiring and early career programs (Internships, Apprenticeships, Trainee Onboardings, Trainee Performance Management) end-to-end
- Represent DTICI in academia–industry collaborations and forums
Employer Branding
- Define and drive the enterprise Employer Branding and EVP strategy to position DTICI as an employer of choice across key talent segments
- Partner with HR, business, and communications teams to translate employee experience, culture, and business strategy into a compelling employer brand narrative across digital and talent platforms (social media, careers site, campaigns, leadership and employee storytelling)
- Track and continuously improve employer brand perception, engagement, and hiring conversion through data-driven branding initiatives
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in campus hiring, talent acquisition, or employer branding.
- Proven track record in designing and executing campus engagement programs and EVP-driven employer branding strategies, cross-functional collaboration, including HR, Corporate Communications, Business, and external partners.
- Exposure to digital platforms, social media, and multiple branding channels (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, career sites, etc.) is highly valued.
- Knowledge on HR Recruitment systems (Oracle, etc)
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills with creative story telling
- Stakeholder Management & Cross Team Collaboration
