Objective of the position:
Analyze the part numbers master list for the implementation of Engineering Product Changes (XO) and Pre-series
Assure shopaddress assignments for both new parts and interchanges between streams.
Support the deployment of Engineering Product Changes (XO) and pre-series activities from the materials side, ensuring that all material flow steps are completed before the due date (SA assigned, line feeding process defined, accurate CRRFA, and material in transit).
Analyze the PFEP master report to identify the kanban - perserial - kanban changes required.
Coordinate with the PFEP team to follow up on requests submitted by the MRG team
Create continuous improvement initiatives to optimize and sustain Change Overs and PFEP process

Main Functions:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Production, QA, Purchasing, Materials, Vendors, LCM, MRG, and LE to support and follow up on Engineering Changes and/or pre-series activities.
- Document Engineering Product Changes (X/O) results.
- Follow-up scheduled leader pilot units with significant Engineering Product Changes (X/O) / Pre-series and communicate any issues if applicable.
- Analyze shopaddress change request and coordinate timely fashion execution with PFEP team.
- Analyze PFEP database and coordinate with Audit Team timely fashion execution of obsolete material disposition.
- Improve the PFEP Processes to make sure the ideal supply cluster is defined for every part number in Saltillo TMP.
- Ensure the standard pack information is updated for all non-controlled materials to achieve a successful inventory process.
