In this position, you will lead the Attendance Control Program. The position also provides administrative and technical support to Human Resources Team. It will require the ability to handle multiple priorities, engage with our business partners and lead change. You will be responsible for a variety of initiatives and be able to demonstrate an understanding of business goals.Posting Information

We Take Care of Our Team
Position offers a starting hourly range of $25 - $32 Hr. USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
- Run the Company’s Attendance Control Program, issuing disciplines, providing guidance to Supervisors, and running monthly metrics
- Field and resolve time and attendance system issues.
- Run weekly ACP and CAP letters for Supervisors
- Assist the Disability Coordinator with management of FMLA and Worker’s Compensation
- HR project support
- Human Resource Team support.
- Create and maintain local HR metrics, assist in tracking of new hire probationary reviews.
- Other assignments/projects as assigned.
Knowledge You Should Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or related field or an Associate's degree with 1 year of related Human Resource experience, or 3 years of related Human Resource experience and a High School Diploma in lieu of degree.
- 3 years of related experience and a high school diploma (or equivalent); or an associate’s degree with 1 year of related experience required
- Strong interpersonal skills and, oral and written communication skills required.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements required.
- Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and ongoing change required.

Exceptional Candidates Might Have
- 1 year of Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience in automotive/heavy duty truck industry or related experience preferred.
- Experience with Kronos preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. preferred.
- Ability to work on cross-functional international teams to implement software & control requirements preferred.
- Experience with unions or labor relations
