The GTM Growth Strategy Lead plays a critical role in shaping and executing the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy for the FSG organization. This position is responsible for developing a comprehensive GTM roadmap that aligns with strategic growth objectives and responds to evolving market dynamics. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize sales models, customer engagement strategies, and product positioning.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD 

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience​

What You Drive

  • Develop and execute the GTM roadmap in alignment with business growth goals and market trends.

  • Conduct gap analyses to identify opportunities across sales processes, customer engagement, and product strategy.

  • Design and implement effective sales models and performance levers to drive revenue growth.

  • Build and manage performance-based sales incentive programs.

  • Define product and pricing strategies tailored to specific customer segments and personas.

  • Benchmark competitors and analyze market trends to inform strategic decisions.

  • Monitor GTM KPIs and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Evaluate sales dashboards and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities.

  • Leverage data visualization tools and CRM/reporting platforms to support decision-making.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and shared ownership of GTM initiatives.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, sales operations, or business strategy roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data interpretation and visualization.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

 

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.

  • Trucking industry knowledge preferred.

  • Familiarity with customer segmentation and persona-based marketing.

  • Background in competitive analysis and market intelligence.
