The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Specialist is responsible for designing, launching, and managing initiatives that drive social equity, community development, and human welfare. The primary purpose of this role is to build meaningful partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and create high-impact social programs that support vulnerable populations, foster local growth, and align the company's efforts with its core business values.
Key Objectives.
- Social Program Design: Create, implement, and scale community investment, education, and social welfare programs.
- Community Relations: Serve as the primary liaison between the company, local communities, NGOs, and government bodies.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strategic alliances to maximize the funding, reach, and efficiency of social projects.
- Impact Measurement: Establish social KPIs, track project outcomes, and compile data for social impact reporting.
Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):
- Knowledge of the risks and opportunities of executing donations in Mexico
- Knowledge of the legal framework applicable to authorized donees
- Experience working with communities
- Develop different initiatives simultaneously, following and recording the different stages and KPI's, as well as developing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- English level: B2-C1

Academic Knowledge:
Bachelor degree in Communications, Social Responsibility, Business, Marketing and related.

Main Functions:
-Create, implement, and scale community investment, education, and social welfare programs aligned with the vision of the company meeting local needs.
-Guide the development and execution of the different business units social responsibility projects to assure that the corporate process is followed.
-Develop and implement the communication and training strategy of the CSR/donations projects. Representation of Daimler Truck subsidiaries in the various chambers and associations when dealing with sustainability issues.
-Other activities related to the External Affairs extensive workload.
-Update the donation process according to global and local regulations.
