Objective of the position:
Embrace an entrepreneurial work methodology for the oversight of DTNA’s CrossBorder Transportation Networks. Continually monitor the performance and cost of the CrossBorder Transportation Networks through the utilization of existing cost and performance KPI’s and the deployment of additional KPI’s required to achieve best in class quality of service. Working directly with service providers, plants, and suppliers, to manage the continual improvement (CI) of the CrossBorder Transportation Services Provider network through the prompt identification and resolution of systemic service performance issues.

Main Functions:
- Monitor and resolve compliance issues within the operational behavior of the Intra Mexico Transportation Network including Service Provider Performance; Carta Porte; DODA/PITA; OEA/C-TPAT; etc…
- Partner with 3PL Freight Bill Audit and Payment (FBAP) provider(s) to ensure process and data integrity of financial records or accounts including validating the accuracy of financial processes.
- Support key in-transit visibility initiatives by ensuring the electronic transmission via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or Application Programming Interface (API) of transportation milestones and events
-Continually monitor the performance and cost of the CrossBorder Transportation Networks through the utilization of existing cost and performance KPI’s and the deployment of additional KPI’s required to achieve best in class quality of service.
-Manage the continual improvement (CI) of the Expedite services provider network through the prompt identification and resolution of systemic service performance issues.
- Supervise and support the shipping method of the DTNA Suppliers of Materials according to the existent Shipping instructions. Provide a solution if the instructions are non-existent.
