• Support APQP cycle for engineering changes, new products and major
process changes.
• Assist with coordinating project teams, identifying dependencies and
constraints.
• Support project timelines, milestones and budget adherence.
• Assist with preparing reports and facilitating structured meetings.
• Support Change Control Management.
RESPONSIBILITY
AREAS INCLUDE
• Assist with Product Change Management and project documentation.
• Support concept approval, trial coordination and order placement.
• Assist with FAT tests and APQP compliance activities.
• Support creation of Work Breakdown Structures and MS Project plans.
• Assist with project cost control, budget tracking and funding
documentation.
• Ensure minutes are taken, distributed and actions followed up.
• Maintain good housekeeping and comply with all company rules.
• Adhere to safety regulations.
• Provide support to engineering team and contribute to project success
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Degree
• Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics and Accounting as passed subjects
(essential)
• Project Management, APQP, PPAP training (desirable)
• Risk identification and mitigation skills
• Computer literacy: MS Project, CAD software or similar
