As a Senior Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our System Engineering team, specifically supporting BSO projects. Your expertise will be utilized to create draft schematics and address various engineering issues, including shopcalls, NOW, FRACAS, CCI(PCE), and CWO. You will collaborate closely with colleagues from DTMEC, wiring packaging, and wiring design groups to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient problem-solving.
- Create draft schematics and address engineering challenges related to BSO projects.
- Collaborate with DTMEC, wiring packaging, and wiring design teams for effective problem-solving.
- Engage in chart work during IMACs and ensure timely engineering release activities.
- Address shopcalls, NOW, FRACAS, CCI(PCE), and CWO to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
- Document and communicate engineering changes and updates.
- Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Automotive).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using engineering tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
