We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the CEO of DTSEA/Head of Customer Region SEA (CR SEA) in driving strategic initiatives, strengthening regional governance, and leading corporate communication activities across DTSEA/CR SEA . This pivotal role provides broad exposure to senior leadership across regions, additionally offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making in a dynamic, international environment. The individual will play a key role in translating strategy into action, coordinating regional projects, enabling effective communication, and serving as a trusted interface between the CEO, regional leaders, and key stakeholders.
The main responsibilities will include the following:
Strategic Project Management & Regional Steering
- Support the CEO in implementing regional strategy and executing strategic projects across DTSEA/CR SEA
- Monitor, analyse, and track regional business activities and initiatives
- Prepare regular updates, insights, and recommendations for the CEO and Management Team
- Participate in meetings with regional heads and counterparts, including preparation of analyses and presentation materials
- Compile, consolidate, and distribute management reports in a timely manner, including reports to Headquarters in Germany
- Coordinate and prepare regular communication activities such as country visits and leadership engagements
Regional & Cross-Regional Knowledge Exchange
- Act as a key point of contact and information partner between local markets, the region, and Headquarters
- Facilitate effective information sharing and collaboration across teams and regions
- Support global and cross-regional projects as required
- Corporate Communication & External Outreach
- Support CEO communications, including speechwriting, interview preparation, and key messaging
- Manage internal and external communications, including press releases and media interactions
- Develop high-quality communication and marketing materials for internal stakeholders, external partners, and government agencies
- Provide communication support for internal and external product launch events
- Governance, Policy & External Affairs
- Act as the Local Policy Advisor and support governance matters for the DTSEA legal entity
- Monitor political, economic, and regulatory developments relevant to the region
- Liaise with External Affairs teams on regional policy and regulatory topic
- People Engagement Activities and others
- Participate in future mobility discussions with government bodies and strategic partners
- Conduct competitor monitoring and provide regular analysis and reporting
- Guide and coach new colleagues and interns
- Actively contribute to employee engagement initiatives and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities
And any other suitable tasks assigned.
- Tertiary Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field of studies
- Preferably 3–4 years of working experience in international organization in Strategy function, Marketing, Corporate Communication or as an Executive Assistant
- Strong understanding of project management principles
- Experience working in an international and/or matrix organisation
- High cultural sensitivity and ability to work across diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to simplify complex information to stakeholders
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as in teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and confidence working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident, outgoing communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills
This position is based in location Singapore and may be offered at a lower job level based on candidate’s experience. A valid and approved work visa is required for employment in Singapore in accordance to local labour law regulations.
