You will play a key role in identifying improvement opportunities, designing future-ready logistics processes, and supporting execution of transformation initiatives aligned with BharatBenz’s growth journey.
- Analyze current logistics and supply chain operations to identify improvement opportunities in efficiency, cost, and resilience.
- Lead or support process optimization and logistics excellence initiatives across inbound, outbound, and warehousing operations.
- Drive digitalization projects in logistics—covering warehouse automation, data visibility, and digital dashboards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, SCM, IT, Finance) to ensure seamless implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare data-driven insights and management presentations for leadership reviews.
- Benchmark best practices from industry leaders to enhance DICV’s logistics performance.
- Track KPIs, develop process documentation, and support governance of ongoing improvement projects.
