Objective of the position:
EXPERT POSITION
Support on Sales & Aftersales business development of E-Commerce and physical channel through the analysis of business processes and data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing analysis and models, based on business needs, to enhance efficiency and productivity.
This position requires a solid knowledge of analysis, statistics and data modeling tools, as well as the ability to communicate findings clearly to managers and other teams

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • Power BI intermediate level, Access, extract, manipulate and store data. SQL preferred.
  • Skilled in leveraging AI to design data-driven solutions and drive business impact.
  • Examination of procedures to find inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost output  & translate outcome to business requirements and steps to be easily followed by stakeholders
  • Python or R, level intermediate
  • English level: B2 +

Academic Knowledge: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary, Mathemathics,Information Technology, or a related field and specialization

Main Functions:

  • Gather detailed business requirements. Design and document end-to-end projects that yield improvements in data consumption and automation. Work with IT and other departments to implement solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
  • Collect and clean large data sets to ensure accuracy and analysis. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions. Use statistical tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends.
  • Present the results of the analysis in a clear and concise manner to the company so that they can make better business-related decisions. Create attractive and understandable data graphs to present analysis results.
  • Support passing expertise to other analyst in order to improve data visualization (Power Bi, Tableau, Overall Graphs and reporting) so all the results of activities become sustainable. Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
  • Collaborate directly with Excelerator ecommerce team, PDC (parts distribution center) and DTNA (Daimler Truck North America) to develop an automated process to update DTM (Daimler Truck Mexico) parts portfolio data sets.
