Objective of the position:
Establish and sustain robust processes for dimensional evaluation and analysis of devices, production parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and cab structures, using high-precision measurement systems and standardized methodologies to ensure compliance with Daimler specifications and quality standards.
Oversee and align torque management processes QFL 3 audits, ensuring proper deviation documentation, root cause analysis, and effective corrective actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Drive the evaluation, development, and deployment of advanced technologies, including AI, to enhance quality processes, data analysis, and decision-making. Identify opportunities for digitalization and automation, lead pilot initiatives, and ensure successful integration into existing operations, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and overall product quality.
This role requires strong technical expertise in advanced measurement systems, torque auditing tools, and calibration practices, as well as the ability to drive continuous improvement and technological advancement.

Main Functions:
- Develop and standardize robust processes for detailed dimensional analysis of parts, assemblies, subassemblies, and cab structures to detect and prevent quality defects, ensuring proper reporting, documentation, and traceability of deviations.
- Lead torque audit processes for critical installations, ensuring effective deviation management, cross-functional communication, and timely implementation of corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
- Lead the identification, development, and deployment of Artificial Intelligence and advanced digital solutions within quality processes. Drive initiatives focused on data analytics, defect prediction, automation, and process optimization; manage pilot projects, validate use cases, and ensure successful integration and scalability across plant operations to enhance decision-making and overall product quality.
- Oversee the verification, calibration, and performance of measurement instruments and torque tools across production lines and operational areas, ensuring compliance with accuracy requirements and established verification programs.
