We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Digital Transformation Lead to drive the digital agenda within our Procurement and Supply Chain function. This role will be responsible for defining and executing a digital strategy, identifying emerging technologies, and leading the implementation of advanced digital tools and platforms to streamline operations, enhance supplier collaboration, and improve decision-making. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring innovation translates into tangible value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy Development: Define and lead the digital transformation roadmap for Procurement and Supply Chain, aligned with overall business goals.
- Technology Leadership: Identify, evaluate, and implement digital technologies such as AI, RPA, IoT, blockchain, data analytics, and procurement platforms
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Finance, Operations) and external partners (vendors, consultants) to align digital initiatives.
- Change Management: Drive cultural change and digital mindset across the procurement and supply chain teams through communication, training, and capability building.
- Data & Analytics: Build advanced analytics capabilities to enable real-time insights, predictive decision-making, and supplier risk management.
- Program Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver digital transformation projects on time, within scope and budget.
Innovation Scouting: Monitor industry trends and identify disruptive technologies or start-ups relevant to the supply chain and procurement landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in procurement/supply chain, with at least 3+ years in a digital transformation or innovation leadership role.
