DTNA Engineering Platform Management (EPM) is responsible for the project management of major product projects at DTNA, which includes product planning, technical feasibility studies, budget schedule development, and coordination of work across impacted departments. Position offers a starting salary range of $71,000 – $91,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You Drive At DTNA
Manage Engineering projects - work closely with Engineering and other cross functional departments to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget
Use and support the DTNA Visual Management process for running Projects Prepare project status reports and present project gate updates to project committees
Publish meeting minutes and track action items
Support senior project managers on ad hoc tasks as assigned
Assist in preparing project budget estimates by gathering cost inputs from Engineering and cross‑functional partners
Maintain budget-related documentation, including forecasts, spend reports, and cost‑tracking spreadsheets
Monitor purchase orders and invoices, follow up with stakeholders as needed, and ensure spending aligns with the approved project budget and timeline
Knowledge You Should Bring
BS/BA in Engineering or a related field or and 2+ years of relevant experience required
Self-motivated with strong communication skills required
Independently lead cross functional project teams and manage engineering projects and budgets required
Good networking skills and a strong interest in project management required
Experience in preparing and giving presentations required
Ability to work with Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Tableau, Word, Excel and Powerpoint software package required
Well organized, able to handle multiple detailed tasks and work professionally with all levels in company required
Able to quickly learn new project management and budgeting skills required
Excellent organizational and problem solving skills required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Knowledge of new product development process preferred
Knowledge and aptitude of vehicle design or software development preferred
Advanced knowledge of budgeting and working with Excel Pivot tables preferred
Knowledge of project management principles and a keen interest towards PMP certification preferred
