#Non Mainly Manager - Bus Business DICV

Role Purpose
Support the strategy, planning, and execution of Fully Built Bus (FBB) solutions for the BharatBenz bus portfolio. The role enables DICV’s transition toward integrated mobility solutions by driving product definition, partner collaboration, and cross functional execution for fully built offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Market & Strategy Support

  • Analyse customer needs, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the Indian bus industry.
  • Provide insights to shape the BharatBenz Fully Built Bus roadmap.
  • Support Bus Mid‑Term Plan (MTP) and annual strategy cycles.

2. Fully Built Solution Development

  • Translate market insights into technical and commercial requirements for FBB products.
  • Work with Engineering, Product Management, and Homologation to define body concepts, features, layouts, and specification books.
  • Support feasibility analysis and business case preparation for new body programs.

3. Program Management

  • Drive end‑to‑end execution of bus body projects (from concept to SOP).
  • Track milestones, manage cross‑functional coordination, and flag risks early.
  • Work closely with Procurement, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, and Bus Sales teams for program alignment.

4. Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Support onboarding and evaluation of body building partners for the FBB ecosystem.
  • Coordinate technical reviews, quality assessments, and timeline adherence with partners.
  • Ensure compliance to DICV quality and safety standards.

5. Management Communication

  • Prepare strategic updates, dashboards, and decision documents for leadership.
  • Ensure cross‑department alignment on FBB strategy and execution.
