We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Cyber Security Manager with 15+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, specializing in Vehicle Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and PKI / Certificate Management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and scaling large security teams of 50+ professionals, driving cyber transformation across global environments.

Strategic Leadership & Cybersecurity Program Management
• Define and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee multidisciplinary cybersecurity teams (50+ people).
• Develop enterprise and product security roadmaps.
• Drive security maturity improvements across the organization.

Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Lead end-to-end IAM strategy and governance.
• Deep expertise in SAML, OAuth2.0, OIDC for authentication and federation.
• Implement and manage Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms.
• Lead enterprise-wide Active Directory (AD) & Azure AD design, hardening, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee Privileged Access Management (PAM) and access certification programs.
• Ensure strong authentication (MFA), conditional access, and Zero Trust enforcement.

Vehicle & Automotive Cybersecurity
• Lead vehicle cybersecurity covering ECUs, CAN/LIN, OTA, V2X.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE R155/R156.
• Oversee threat modeling, pentesting, secure ECU design, incident readiness.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Engage with CISO, CIO, CTO, legal, compliance, engineering teams.
• Lead audits, regulatory assessments, customer security reviews.
• Present cyber posture and metrics to executive committees.

Team Development & Talent Management
• Mentor and grow teams across geographies.
• Set up training, career pathways, and succession plans.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical/Electronics/Computer Science/Information Technology engineering
Expertise in IAM (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2.0), AD, IGA, PAM.
Expertise in Vehicle Security.
Experience leading large teams.
Strong knowledge of cloud, enterprise and vehicle security architectures.
Prefer certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CEH, CRISC.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with SDV, EV platforms. (Desired)
Knowledge of AI/ML security and DevSecOps.
Automotive OEM or Tier-1 experience.
