We have an opportunity for a Service Contracts Specialist waiting just for you. Reporting into the Service Contracts and Warranty Manager, you will drive the Service Contracts business performance by increasing penetration levels and portfolio size. By developing new and innovative products and pricing to meet and exceed customer demands, whilst balancing the financial position of the portfolio.

Lead the Service Contracts portfolio development.
Development and delivery of new products and initiatives tailored to meet the feedback from customers, Dealers, internal stakeholders and using competitor research, whilst ensuring pricing is ‘risk-free’
Maintain profitability across Service Contracts.
Manage the profit and loss performance of a portfolio of 16,000 contracts (Value £265m) including financial data and customer analysis, burning contracts review and action planning.
Ownership of costing and pricing.
Responsible for base rate costings in collaboration with DTAG/Truck CSP and analysis of operational loading and specialist application pricing. Includes responsibility for bespoke contract quotations to assist sales colleagues with vehicle sales.
Service Contracts training and general communications.
Work with Sales and Aftersales training specialists to ensure the correct Service Contracts message is provided and that the latest information is included in the training that is delivered. Manage the outgoing communications on the network facing website for any service contracts business updates.
System and process development.
Develop, implement, and review systems and processes that improve the Dealer Network’s ability to consistently deliver premium service contracts and aftersales service.
Management of the Service Contracts mailbox.
Manage contract, claims and system queries raised by internal colleagues and Dealer network colleagues. Investigate the root causes of the contact to address them with pro-active communications to enable queries to be reduced in future.
About you
We are seeking a highly skilled professional with strong motor industry experience and a solid understanding of dealer operations. The ideal candidate will be highly numerate and literate, with excellent analytical abilities and strong commercial awareness, including the capacity to comprehend financial transactions. Confidence in engaging with senior management is essential, as is the ability to work independently and present effectively to a range of audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, and previous experience delivering training would be advantageous. A high level of customer focus is important, along with the ability to liaise comfortably with customers when needed. Vehicle technical knowledge is preferred but not essential.
