Objective of the position:
Control and budget specific fixed expenses for Buses areas. Actively participate in the planning process, as well as prepare actual reports for areas and management.

Indispensable Requirements (Candidates who do not meet these requirements may be discarded):

  • Excel
  • Accountancy
  •  Power Automate and IA,
  • SAP, FI and COPA,
  • English level: Inter- Advanced

Main Functions:

  • Participate in the Fixed Expense Planning process including FC03, FC06, BP and Monthly Forecast. As well as providing buses expense information.
  • Understand, analyze and provide specific information regarding common expenses: profit sharing, IT, legal, finance, etc
  • Track budget execution to identify risks /opportunities and potential savings. Work directly with areas to ensure target accomplishment.
  • PRs release according to guidelines and provide full transparency on actual execution to ease decision making
  • Prepare, review and submit information for fixed expense reports by business unit and area of responsibility according to the timelines established by DAG and Brasil.
  • Work together with HR team to fully understand and track manpower expenses both in actuals and planning.
  • Monitor 3rd party expenses and cross charge related to its operation.
