Objective of the position:
Control and budget specific fixed expenses for Buses areas. Actively participate in the planning process, as well as prepare actual reports for areas and management.

Main Functions:
- Participate in the Fixed Expense Planning process including FC03, FC06, BP and Monthly Forecast. As well as providing buses expense information.
- Understand, analyze and provide specific information regarding common expenses: profit sharing, IT, legal, finance, etc
- Track budget execution to identify risks /opportunities and potential savings. Work directly with areas to ensure target accomplishment.
- PRs release according to guidelines and provide full transparency on actual execution to ease decision making
- Prepare, review and submit information for fixed expense reports by business unit and area of responsibility according to the timelines established by DAG and Brasil.
- Work together with HR team to fully understand and track manpower expenses both in actuals and planning.
- Monitor 3rd party expenses and cross charge related to its operation.
