IT Business Analyst Internship

Key Purpose of the job

To perform high quality IT Business Analyst across all phases of the application/project lifecycle, using cross functional knowledge to demonstrate a clear capability to add value across Daimler Truck, our customers and our business partners. You will be supporting our transformation team, on identifying applications and systems which can be stantardised or replaced, and focusing on simplification, digitalisation and cost reduction.

 

Professional skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of business processes & business strategy
  • Excellent knowledge in developing business plans, gap analysis and recommendations
  • Good knowledge of current and emerging analytical techniques
  • Good knowledge of IT
  • Knowledge with technology supporting out Joint Priorities (FOSS & LC-NC, DevOps, Cloud, API, IAM, AI)
  • Waterfall and Agile project management methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) would be beneficial
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

 

Education and Certificates:

  • Degree in economics or similar
  • Desirable certificates, IPMA, PMP, Scrum Master
  • English: Fluent > B2

 

Interdisciplinary Skills:

  • Strong Customer Focus
  • Highly organised, self motivated and results driven
  • Ability to work as part of a close-knit team, as well ad on your own
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good comprehension
  • Analytical, structures, logical, lateral thinking
  • Well-developed interview skills and tchniques
  • Confident communication, oral and written
  • Competent presenter - Able to create and talk through slides
  • Ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both inside and external of the organisation

The internship will take place in Rome and will last 6 months.

Business trips within Italy are expected, and all related expenses will be fully covered by the company.

monthly reimbursement of €800 gross is provided, along with access to the company canteen.
