This role is to enhance internal and external communication within the TT/GI Procurement & Supply Chain function by creating impactful digital content, ensuring consistent branding, and leveraging modern tools and technologies to improve communication efficiency.
Content Management & Branding
Create engaging articles, blogs, and updates for internal platforms and external media to showcase organizational initiatives.
Maintain and update content on communication platforms while ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
2. Collaboration & Alignment
Collaborate closely with international communications teams and business leaders to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
3.Communication & Presentation
Draft clear communication materials and design high-quality presentations for leadership meetings and events.
Convert complex data and processes into visually appealing graphics for reports and dashboards.
Learn and implement new digital tools (including AI) to enhance communication efficiency and stay updated on trends.
4.Compliance & Integrity
Comply to all company and location wide regulations and guidelines valid for the transferred area of responsibility. Having a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with professionals inside and outside the company
Securing information by completing database backups
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. 4 years of experience in corporate communications, content creation, or similar roles
