As a Field Service Manager, role & responsibilites would be :
- Driving the acceleration of service business and growth for channel partners & BB.
- Ensuring the enhancement of NPS Index (CSI) thru customer delight parameters like repair TAT, RSA reach & recovery etc
- Providing support to uphold and maintain the Service Process Standards, Operating Procedures(SOP) at dealers
- Monitoring Service / Vehicle retention in accordance with established standards
- Engaging dealer manpower in skill level training through competence development initiatives
- Overseeing service and spare parts operations to drive growth and profitability at the dealership
- Providing assistance in organising Customer Support activities such as Mega Service Camps, Free Service Camps, Public Events and Customer Meets at the dealership
- Ensuring regular interaction with Key Account Management (KAM) customers and fleet owners
- Providing guidance & support for the implementation and utilization of digital portals
- Processing warranty & AMC claims / pre approvals
- Involving in vehicle diagnosis(Electrical & Mechanical) and coordinating with HQ teams for necessary support
