L4 - Head of ServiceCenter - Hoerdt

YouMakeUS: As Head of ServiceCenter at Daimler Buses France, you will be responsible for the after-sales activities in the East market. Together with the Head of CSP (Customer Service & Parts), you develop the After-Sales strategy in France and implement it successfully together with your team. You will inspire your team every day through your excellent leadership! You will inspire our customers and contribute to the best results. Here we work as a team with our local colleagues and a headquarters with maximum commitment.

 

Your tasks in detail:

 

Reports to Service Director, the main issues and objectives of the position are :

  • Manage ServiceCenter P&L
  • Manage internal and external Customer’s satisfaction
  • Manage ServiceCenter Strategy

Your tasks include:

  • Boost and expand ServiceCenter's business, resolve disputes related to ServiceCenter's business
  • Supervise after-sales service activities
  • To be a local relay for the application of the company strategy and thus the strategy of the Service Upper management
  • Manage and optimize the organization of workshop, spare parts, administrative and store teams
  • Operational management of service contract
  • Establish a close and privileged relationship with Daimler Buses France's Sales and After-Sales services
  • To be responsible for the servicecenter's commercial policy (discount, assets, financial commitment, outstanding amount, etc.) in coordination with the Service Upper Management's policy
  • To be responsible for monitoring customer billing or guarantee, financial situation (stock level, choice of supplies, ...)

Qualifications:

Educational: Technology secondary education degree or comparable secondary education degree

Experiences:

At least 5 years of management experience in automotive after-sales, preferably in the bus sector;

Excellent communication and leadership competence, preferably with larger teams of workers plus employees

Strong analytical competence, project management competence and experience in business development

Safe and confident behavior and communication in customer relations

Open esprit, transformation and change, practical mindset and ability to build internal and external network

 

Specific competencies

French native language

Professional English and/or German

Extensive knowledge of the bus industry
