We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to take on the role of CEO Retail Branch MB Trucks Poland. This strategic position plays a key role in shaping the future of Daimler Truck Retail operations in the region, ensuring commercial success, customer satisfaction, and alignment with Daimler Truck values.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Strategy & Development:
Develop and implement strategies to maximize short- and long-term market and profit potential. Lead footprint expansion projects including acquisitions and facility development. - Sales & Delivery:
Ensure efficient sales of new MB Trucks and downstream products. Oversee ordering and delivery processes, implement HQ retail standards, and lead sales staff. - Customer Relations & Negotiations:
Engage directly with key fleet and individual customers to secure business and profitability. - Service & Parts Operations:
Drive service and parts business performance, optimize workshop productivity, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. - Branch Management & Governance:
Lead the Management Team, oversee financial performance, resource planning, and ensure compliance with legal and corporate standards. Represent the branch in local matters and contribute to Own Retail Europe initiatives. - People Leadership:
Inspire and develop employees, promote internal communication, support talent development, and foster a culture of diversity, compliance, and innovation.
Qualifications
- Educational and Professional Background:
University degree or equivalent in business or technical field
Proven leadership experience in automotive or truck sales
- Strategic and Communication Skills:
Strong background in retail operations
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills to drive initiatives and align stakeholders.
- Language and Digital Affinity:
Fluency in English is mandatory and Polish proficiency is advantageous
