Maintenance & operational Budget planning with cost analysis.
Spares & consumables planning including robust stock management and sourcing indigenous vendors
Identify & Organize Training program for downstream work force considering their Job versatility
Establishing BBQ for Critical equipment and Develops FTA for Quick trouble shooting.
Forecast Capital equipment requirements as per Business expansion requirements and able to carry out early equipment management with Life cycle cost workings.
