International Business - Business planning, Reporting, Forecasting & Market Intelligence

Responsible for end-to-end Export Planning and Reporting activities covering forecast alignment, order consolidation and communication, shipment outlooks and actuals communication to markets, and management reporting. This role ensures smooth coordination between Daimler Entities, Regional Centers, Sales planning, and Finance for achieving monthly and annual targets. Provide insights about Market including TIV trends, competition info, sales development & SOM.

 

Long Term Planning & Order Management:

  • Long Term Sales planning & reporting, identify deviation and align with DTO/MFTBC and publish with internal & external stakeholders.
    • DTBP (Daimler Truck Business Plan)
    • FC (Monthly Rolling Forecast)
  • End-to-End Customer Order Consolidation, Validation, and Production Release
  • Achieving order intake month on month against DTBP & monthly rolling forecast

Reporting & Data Analytics:

Excel Reporting:

  • Update and maintain Order, Production & Shipment (OPS) file by daily/monthly
  • Update and maintain CTD file by monthly
  • Update and maintain Export Sales Dashboard 
  • Updated and provide the order intake & backlog details to FnC

Power BI Reporting:

  • FOS report for Regional Centre Bi-monthly meeting
  • Forecast Accuracy Dashboard (Forecast vs Actual orders)
  • Export Sales Performance Dashboard

Market intelligence reports:

  • Data collection through IHS and other market agencies for TIV, segment information and competition.
  • Provide Insights on trends development in the market, seasonality, new launches & macro economic factors tracking
  • Primary research on technology, market players & market scan
  • Continuous monitoring and update of internal sales volume databases for trucks and buses

MBA or any Under Graduation in International Business

Specific Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in export operations, Data analytics, Market Intelligence preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Power BI, and Excel-based reporting tools.

  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills for effective stakeholder management across global regions.

MBA or any Under Graduation in International Business

Specific Experience:
