What You Drive at DTFS
Serve as the strategic owner of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) – driving adoption, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Lead digital customer journey strategies, ensuring a seamless experience across B2C, B2E, and B2D environments.
Translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps, managing backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, compliance, sales, marketing) to deliver high-value solutions in Agile/Scrum environments.
Oversee data governance, platform security, and compliance, ensuring Salesforce is both trusted and scalable.
Guide release management and UAT to deliver high-quality enhancements and drive platform adoption.
Leverage deep Salesforce knowledge to evaluate third-party integrations, APIs, and AppExchange solutions.
Be a trusted advisor and platform advocate, ensuring stakeholders gain maximum value from Salesforce investments.
Lead and mentor Junior Salesforce Product Owner(s), driving their growth, aligning goals, and guiding strategy, priorities, and execution.
Develop new Salesforce use cases to enhance digitalization, harmonize systems, and drive greater efficiency across business processes.
Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or 8+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
3+ years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or platform management, ideally in complex enterprise environments.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and deliver results in dynamic organizations.
Salesforce expertise: strong understanding of platform architecture, capabilities, and limitations.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud; experience with Auto Cloud is a plus.
Knowledge of release management, UAT, data governance, and compliance frameworks.
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant).
Practical and meaningful experience in Financial Services disciplines such as Sales, Operations, Credit, Information Technology, or Marketing, showcasing a holistic understanding of business functions and strategic objectives.
Demonstrated project management expertise, encompassing the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful execution of initiatives through effective planning and oversight.
