Responsible for leading and directing the entire gamut of HR related activities within the Fuso Tech Centre India, articulating talent needs and plans, nurturing Impact culture, converting functions to talent incubators, and enhancing Talent experience and talent value. Role is responsible for workforce planning to ensure short, mid and long term business plans are met through people. Role is responsible to provide leadership guidance and support fostering high performance culture, collaborate with L3/L4s of Fuso Tech Cenre and global leadership to define HR Operating models, SLAs, performance metrics and KPIs. Ensure process excellence in all HR processes specifically in the areas of talent pipeline, performance management, change management, innovation, capability development and building up role-based organization. Role is instrumental in incepting and leading talent transformation initiatives.

Talent acquisition - Lead recruitment strategy, integrate hiring decisions to efforts and outcomes of job, competency, and career architecture. Lead employer branding initiatives to increase brand footprints/ reach. Articulate Young talent/C2C strategy. |
Talent Management and Learning & Development - Lead talent transformation projects to improvise talent landscape, articulate talent strategy including talent philosophy, profiles, definition, touchpoints and roadmaps, build talent mgt. infrastructure, focus on talent continuity and mobility, talent renewal, talent experience, build robust practices across talent lifecycle from identification, attraction, placement, development, review, retention to release. Build talent mindset /talent opportunity to appropriately develop talent ecosystem. |
Total Rewards and total wellness - Lead total wellness initiatives across 8 dimensions, lead total rewards practices- from compensation benchmarking, compensation philosophy and planning to new benefits introduction/ review of existing benefits and revision. |
OD and change - Lead designing and delivery of OD and change management strategies, processes and interventions that supports Fuso Tech Centre aspirations to be high performing org. and great place to work, where valuing learning, continual improvement and diversity are the norm. |
Performance Management - Lead and ensure goal setting, 360 feedbacks, performance monitoring, performance reviews, course corrections, appraisals, increments / incentives follow guidelines and are aligned to org. strategy. |
DEI - Build DEIBA strategy and culture, lead diversity programs and initiatives, provide leadership and support for affinity groups and local diversity councils. Shared services - Set up the overall shared service vision and roadmap, prioritize shared service programs and initiatives, responsible for growing the volume and scope of shared service, enabling effective coordination, transition and delivery of these services across HR verticals. Lead HR Shared services policies, procedures and programs to meet service delivery targets, drive process improvement, optimize service delivery and enhance operational efficiency . Employee Relations, Payroll Management, Auditing, Legal & Compliance Ensure full compliance with all applicable state and central labour laws relevant to Fuso Tech Centre operations. Drive effective employee grievance resolution and disciplinary action management in alignment with company policies. Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure financial, procedural, and regulatory integrity. Oversee timely and accurate payroll processing, including time, attendance, and productivity management. Implement and monitor employee relations policies to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaged workforce. Liaise with government authorities to represent Fuso Tech Centre interests and promote positive social impact initiatives. Engage with employees and leadership teams to address workplace challenges, gather feedback, and shape future strategies. Anchor employee compensation reviews and negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market benchmarks. Ensure organizational readiness of factory and premises, maintaining compliance with safety, operational, and legal standards. Lead efforts to optimize workforce planning in alignment with the annual production calendar, ensuring efficient resource utilization. Ensure adherence to all corporate legal and compliance requirements, including statutory filings, regulatory disclosures, and internal governance protocols. Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to manage contractual obligations, legal risks, and dispute resolution. Monitor and implement updates to labour laws, environmental regulations, and corporate compliance standards, ensuring timely adaptation across the organization. Promote a culture of ethical conduct and regulatory awareness through training, communication, and leadership engagement. |

Masters degree in HR/ IR/ Labour Law/ Psychology/ MSW or related field
Certification in SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred or executive program from IIMs/Ivy league colleges preferred.
