Fuso Tech Center India - Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic hiring plans to attract top talent across various functions. This role involves close collaboration with business managers to anticipate hiring needs, manage end-to-end recruitment processes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The TA Specialist will also focus on leadership hiring, internal talent mobility, and representing the Organisation at external recruitment events.

 

  • Developing strategies for acquiring new talent aligned with business goals.

  • Partnering with Business Managers to anticipate hiring needs and fill positions effectively.

  • Dedicated focus on leadership hiring within the Organisation.

  • Utilizing various sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Leveraging the Internal Job Posting (IJP) platform to identify and mobilize internal talent.

  • Managing the screening process including resume review and candidate assessments.

  • Building strong relationships with applicants to ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

  • Researching and applying talent acquisition trends to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Representing FUSO Tech Centre India at job fairs, campus drives, and other recruiting events.

  • 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in automotive industry.

  • Proven experience in leadership hiring and strategic sourcing.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
