Fuso Tech Center India - Payroll Specialist

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and executing payroll processes with precision and timeliness. This role involves coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accurate payroll inputs, and seamless payroll operations for both domestic and global assignees.

 

  • Assist in providing payroll inputs for Global Assignee Management and Global Payroll Management (GPM).

  • Prepare Payroll calendar and obtain sign-off from respective teams before initiating the payroll process.

  • Ensure timely support to the process team to complete payroll within specified timelines.

  • Ensure Social Security Contribution is remitted within due dates for Non-SSA assignees and CoC expired assignees.

  • Ensure Certificates of Coverage are in force for all SSA assignees.

  • Ensure Social Security withdrawal is completed upon assignment completion in India.

  • Regular follow-up with the PF department for compliance and updates.

  • Manage flow of information from HR database to ESS and ensure accuracy.

  • Track PF loan outstanding balances with the Finance team and clear settled cases.

  • Monitor, upgrade, and maintain the Symphony Standard of Payroll process.

  • Reconcile payroll data with Tool master and validate payroll data in System.

  • Prepare daily activity tracker and ensure all tasks are completed within timelines.

  • Conduct monthly review meetings with HR, Symphony, and payroll teams to resolve issues and prevent recurrence.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll systems, statutory compliance, and global payroll practices.
• Proficiency in Symphony or similar payroll systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multinational environment.

• Proficiency in Symphony or similar payroll systems.
