To set goals, objectives and priorities for Sourcing and Parts development team members & ensure both financial & non-financial KPIs are on closely tracked and surpassed.

 Supplier Development drive as per framework & transform suppliers Coach, consult & Mentor suppliers & guide through 7 step process until Supplier certification. Monitor supplier performance & conduct sustenance check to drive continuous improvement

Establish mid to long term Procurement strategy for Key commodities. 

Preparation of blue print for Supplier Development, road map & framework. 

Prepare guide book for Supplier Development for providing transparency to suppliers Supplier Engagement through conclave model, conclave planning, execution & documentation of outcomes

Close monitoring of material cost targets (weekly), identify opportunities & mitigate risks timely and ensure achievement of joint material cost efficiency targets set for the year

Coordinate and drive process flow definition, R&R, KPI setting & implementation of Daily Work Management for Procurement & Supply Chain function.

Provide raw material forecasts (monthly), track plan Vs actuals, report deviations from time to time and help steer RM management inline with Global RM management guidelines

Supplier Development Essentials : Rollout of Supplier Development Essentials (focused on quality and delivery performance for all Suppliers) , analyze performance past data, drive strategy definition & implementation for complete supplier base coverage.

Review adequacy of techno-commercial agreements, awarding plan, proto parts ordering, timely release of Tooling POs, series contracts for New Product Projects & Change requests

Assurance of Material quality of components and process of purchased parts and drive defects to ZERO. Establish permanent closure of series concerns and field quality concerns. Standardization and horizontal deployment of initiatives & effectiveness monitoring

On Time Order - to - delivery for C/D Sample, PPAP completion and Ramp-up support (including timely escalations to key stake holders) for all New Product Projects

Periodical audit of purchased products process in adherence to the PPAP requirement, Execution of Reppap as per the IATF Guidelines;

APQP/PPAP documentation for all new part awarding, IMCS, FQM, ECN, Supplier Relocation, Tool Modification, Relocation & Resourcing projects as per agreed timelines

Evaluation of usability in case of deviation of quality of purchased products; Evaluation of supplier process change requests and change implementation topics pertaining to process

Maintain high level of engagement with Suppliers partners and leverage supplier network to realize competitive advantage for   internal trucks network (local and global)
