Financial controller in the shared services center. Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting activities
Report financial performance to local leadership and parent company
Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Support internal controls and compliance reviews

QualificationsQualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
Preferred: Master’s Degree, MBA, CPA, or other advanced degrees
3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting or controlling
Business-level proficiency in English
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and ERP tools
Business acumen and time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
