We are looking for young and dynamic professionals to be part of CS Center of Excellence team with experience in developing technical documentation for commercial vehicles
Key Responsibilities:
- Create new product documentation according to the needs of the business & various Markets
- Plan & develop the deliverables (Repair Manual, Operators Service booklet, Shop Manual & body building guidelines) with high quality standards paying attention to details and execute the project within the estimated man-days
- Develop the literature for repair & maintenance contents as per documentation standards and make necessary illustration and rephrasing of procedures.
- Should have hands-on experience in service engineering & assisting SMEs in performing repair engineering
- Creating & releasing technical bulletins to the market (as and when received) for respective deliverables
- Technical validation of inputs received (spec book. PMS sheets & vehicle photographs) & end-to-end quality check for the contents developed.
- Ensure the content created are in the standard format with appropriate input from stake holders and hosting the contents in aftersales publication system
- Liaise with cross-functional teams for availability of inputs & periodic supplier meeting for all the project deliverables within the targeted timeline
- Analyze the change request / engineering change management and implement in all the affected modules
- Tracking the maturity of content constantly & closing the gap time to time
- Ensure quality and upkeep of contents along with change history for all new vehicle variants
Educational Qualification: DME/BE (Mechanical/Auto)
Software skills required: Adobe Frame Maker, Adobe Acrobat Reader and MS-Excel
Mandatory skill required: Technical knowledge in commercial vehicles & other automobiles
Other Preferred skills :
- Excellent English communication skills both written and oral
- Experienced in an agile and fast paced environment
- Open minded with a very strong co-creation ability
