- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Automobile Industry ,Export operations, Warehouse process ,order management and international logistics.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and export compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP-SAP systems, order processing tools, and shipment tracking platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing & Management:
- Handle end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for order confirmations, lead times, and shipment details.
- Manage documentation for export shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Export Operations & Logistics:
- Oversee export logistics, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery of parts.
- Work with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize transportation solutions.
- Monitor shipment tracking and address any delays or discrepancies.
- Export Parts claims management
- Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export controls.
- Maintain accurate records for audits and regulatory reporting.
- Manage Letters of Credit, Shipping bill ,Bill of Lading, and other essential Country relevant shipping documents.
- Inventory & Demand Planning:
- Collaborate with supply chain teams to manage stock availability for exports.
- Forecast demand and coordinate with procurement teams for replenishment.
- Analyze order trends and suggest process improvements.
- Customer & Stakeholder Coordination:
- Communicate with international customers regarding order updates and shipment details.
- Address inquiries and resolve export-related issues proactively.
- Work closely with sales, finance, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
- NPM- Package materials:
- Contract Management for PLC-NPM Materials.
- RFQ Process & Vendor Selection /TE Report.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality control.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and excess inventory
- Implement inventory management strategies for efficient utilization.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of packaging materials to prevent damage
- PR-PO Processing and timely settlement of vendor payments.
- Cost & Budget Management.
- Track expenses related to packaging procurement and optimize costs.
- Coordinate with finance teams to align procurement budgets and SCM approval.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Compliance & Quality Assurance.
- Ensure packaging materials meet safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on materials received from vendors.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams for proper utilization of packaging & Improvement
Qualifications & Skills:
