Fuso Tech Center India - Policies & Training Specialist

The Specialist - HR Policies and Training is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR policies and compliance frameworks, as well as coordinating and executing learning and development initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment with legal standards, organizational goals, and fosters a culture of continuous learning and regulatory adherence.

 

HR Policies:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure HR policies align with legal requirements, industry best practices, and organizational goals.

  • Research, draft, and update policies to support organizational objectives and foster a positive work environment.

Compliances:

  • Ensure all HR processes, policies, and practices comply with applicable regulations and industry standards.

  • Conduct audits and provide compliance guidance to HR and management teams.

  • Implement measures to mitigate compliance risks.

Learning & Development:

  • Coordinate and execute technical training programs across the organization.

  • Focus on leadership development interventions.

  • Drive digitalization and automation of L&D processes.

  • Manage policy adherence for continuing education programs.

  • Ensure statutory compliance including POSH training.

  • Administer LMS including creation and release of training calendar.

  • Coordinate General Business Qualification training programs.

  • Manage additional responsibilities such as Toastmaster role.

  • Ensure adherence to process audits and manage audit documentation.

  • Plan, prepare, and release L&D newsletters.

  • Coordinate and execute corporate induction and new member assimilation programs.

  • Focus on women development programs such as She Rise.

  • Lead HR capability building initiatives.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in HR policy development, compliance, and learning & development.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and training methodologies.
• Experience with LMS administration and digital learning tools.
