Role : Production & Testing Manager – Engine
Shift : General
Direct reports : 4 from DICV
Responsibilities:
- Highly demanding area. People Management :
- Engine build + Testing process core knowledge
- Strong knowledge on Engine 5C (cylinder head, camshaft, connecting rod, cylinder block, and crankshaft) manufacturing
- Shift assembly output – 90 to 100 stretches
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in Engine assembly and Testing (DICV Test bed: APICOM) – APICOM knowledge is preferrable
Exp band : 10+ years of experience || As current managers are in the experience range of 8-10 years
Responsibilities:
- Highly technical expertise on Lean and engine assembly process
- Engine build + Testing process core knowledge
- Strong knowledge on Engine 5C (cylinder head, camshaft, connecting rod, cylinder block, and crankshaft) manufacturing
- Zone assembly output
- Strong troubleshooting expertise in Engine assembly and Testing (DICV Test bed: APICOM) – APICOM knowledge is preferrable
DME in Mechanical – Ideal profile , B.Tech would be an advantage
